For the security of our staff & dog guests our doors are locked after reception is closed.

We do not offer facility tours at this point in time.

Respectfully, we feel that allowing tours would disrupt the routine, comfort & safety of our dogs.

In the future we will film a walk through and even allow you to tap into a direct feed on the some of the cameras.  Keep an eye out!

We are Open through all Holidays, though fees may fluctuate based on availability and demand.

Our boarding dogs remain on a familiar, consistent schedule. They receive lots of loving attention from the staff & regular activity throughout the day.

Office Closed on: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Dogs of any age are welcome!  Though prices may be increased in order to properly care for a young unvaccinated puppy, as they require special attention and safety measures.

We require a vet certificate providing proof of vaccination for Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella semi-annually, and Canine Influenza.

We are a socialized dog care facility that provides a safe, fair & fun environment for your dog.

The Meet & Greet is an in-person, on-site meeting between you, your pup, and one of our professionals.

Here we can test the level of socialization, training, and comfort/confidence the dog has initially.  In some cases i can bring my dog out and have them socialize a bit, and show a few examples of basic obedience training + tricks.

Every potential dog guest goes through this evaluation process.

We strongly recommend that boarding guests be dropped off in the morning or early afternoon. It helps all daily check-in's go smoothly.

Check-out is by 12 PM.
After 12 PM pick up includes a $15 fee.

If you're unable to arrive during our set business hours, your pup will have to spend the night with us. 

You can pick them up on the next business day (excluding major holidays when reception is closed).

Another option, is to organize a Drop-off by us (limited)

We pride ourselves on offering the best dog care services in the Boise, and maybe the World.  Our highly trained and certified staff are on the premises to make sure your dog’s stay is safe, healthy, and FUN. Plus, we will be sending you plenty of updates throughout their stay, with pictures, and even video if requested.

Of course!  You can even get a better deal for the second dog as they do their daily activities together as usual!

We are happy to accommodate dogs with special needs, including medication administration, skin care treatments, and specific dietary instructions. Please be sure to discuss your dog’s needs with our Reservation Specialist when booking your dog’s stay.

Our private services allow certain dogs to play or stay with us without any dog to dog interaction. Yay!

We do not discriminate against unaltered dogs, we can accommodate them.

If your dog doesn't get along well with other dogs but loves people, they are welcome here and will receive the same care as all dogs, individually.

If your dog is people reactive & cannot be handled, we will have to have the meet & greet first to decide if it is a possibility based on space available, safety, and the level of aggression. 

If your dog has prescription medications, please provide them in your dog’s respective prescription containers, along with clearly written instructions, and our staff will administer it as directed. Please read our medication policy.

Of course! Please bag and label each meal separately, or bring a container with feeding instructions attached. We can also provide your dog with basic or premium meals upon request.

If your dog runs out of food, we can buy the same kind of food for a service fee + receipt price.

Also feel free to bring treats with instructions if you'd like!

The only thing we really need, is their food and feeding + care instructions! 

Please bring them in on a proper leash. This is for their own safety.

If you're boarding with us you may bring dog food, beds, blankets, & even a shirt of yours for a comforting scent until your return. We also allow toys, treats & bones for their enjoyment!

Should you need to change or cancel your reservations, please let us know forty-eight (48) hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. If your reservation is within three days of a nationally recognized holiday, your reservation must be cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
